One license. Your whole department.
An annual agency license puts LOC8 on the iPhones your officers already carry. The agency pays, not each officer.
For the number of devices you need and the term you choose.
It is tied to your seat count. Each activated iPhone uses one seat.
From your private App Store link, or pushed by your IT team with device management.
No sign-up, no paywall, no personal account.
More officers? We raise your seat count. Nothing to reinstall.
Where officers are stays private.
No officer accounts, and no location history tied to anyone.
What departments ask first.
Billing, rollout, data, and what officers see.
LOC8 is licensed to your agency and billed to the agency once a year, never to each officer. Tell us how many devices you need and we will send pricing.
No. Officers can download the app from your private App Store link and enter your agency's invitation code. If your IT team manages your iPhones, it can get the app through Apple Business Manager and install it with your device management instead.
No. There is no LOC8 account. Officers enter your agency's invitation code once, then the app opens straight to their position. They never sign in or pay.
To show the address and cross street, the phone sends its coordinates with no officer's name or account attached. Activation checks your agency's license and seats. Team Room positions and chat pass through and are never stored. Pins and notes stay on the device, and no location history tied to an officer is kept. The Privacy Policy lists everything.
Yes. Coordinates, the compass and saved pins work with no signal, and the address fills in when the phone reconnects. A licensed iPhone keeps working offline for up to 24 hours before it needs to check its license again.
No. The agency version runs on iPhone and iPad, the devices officers already carry.
Yes. Create an agency account and start a free 7 day trial with 10 seats, no card needed. If you buy, your invitation code stays the same, so officers never enter a new one. Any officer can also try LOC8 on their own phone from the App Store.
